As the global community accelerates its transition to clean energy, both Vietnam and Canada remain firmly committed to achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2050. This shared vision sets the stage for bilateral cooperation in sustainable technologies, particularly in clean hydrogen applications for transportation, logistics, and heavy industries.
The Vietnam–Canada Hydrogen Workshop 2025, co-organized by the Vietnam ASEAN Hydrogen Club (VAHC), (inviting) the Canadian Trade Mission in Vietnam, and dynaCERT Inc., a Canadian pioneer in hydrogen-based emission reduction solutions, aims to advance practical collaboration in deploying hydrogen systems for diesel engines. The initiative addresses the pressing need to decarbonize logistics fleets, marine vessels, airport vehicles, and rail operations.
The workshop will bring together government officials, trade representatives, technical experts, and corporate leaders for keynote sessions, technology showcases, and high-level roundtable discussions. It will serve as a platform to exchange policy insights, market perspectives, and technological innovations, laying the groundwork for real-world partnerships and pilot projects in Vietnam.
Building upon the strong and growing Vietnam–Canada partnership, this event underscores both nations’ dedication to a green transition and a sustainable, net-zero future—anchored by hydrogen innovation.
The workshop will conclude with a networking dinner reception, offering a valuable opportunity for Canadian and Vietnamese participants to connect, build collaborations, and explore joint projects aligned with global climate goals.
