Workshop Overview
The Vietnam – ASEAN Hydrogen Human Resource Workshop 2025 focuses on addressing one of the most critical challenges in the hydrogen industry: developing skilled human resources (HR). As Vietnam and the ASEAN region accelerate the transition to green energy, building specialized HR in hydrogen, renewable energy, and related fields is essential for driving industrial growth, innovation, and sustainable development.
The workshop will bring together representatives from academia, industry, finance, and government to:

Identify current and future hydrogen human resource needs in Vietnam and ASEAN.

Share international experience in hydrogen and renewable energy HR training and development.

Explore financial models, green investment strategies, and ESG approaches to support HR development.

Promote collaboration between universities, businesses, and financial organizations.
Participants will have the opportunity to attend in-depth presentations, engage in interactive discussions, and form strategic connections to develop actionable proposals for hydrogen HR development and regional collaboration.
