The Energy Valley Enterprise Development Institute (EVEDI) was established to promote the energy ecosystem in Energy Valley, located in Naju, Korea, in 2016.

EVEDI is invested by Korea Electric Power Corporation (KEPCO), KPS & KDN, and funded by the cities of Naju, Gwangju and Jeonnam Province in Korea.

As an Innovative Business Developer like the innovators of Silicon Valley in the United States, EVEDI has been striving to develop its Energy Valley Ecosystem to be more competitive and innovative while incubating startups and developing human resources, and establishing R&D infrastructure and supporting local businesses for the Renewable Energy Industry.
