Vietnam ASEAN Hydrogen Club (VAHC) and Australian Hydrogen Council (AHC) signed MoU on hydrogen collaboration
July 11 2024 at the sideline of Solar & Storage Live Vietnam 2024 Exhibition and Conference in HCMC, Vietnam, Mr. Le Ngoc Anh Minh, Chairman of Vietnam ASEAN Hydrogen Club (VAHC) signed an MoU online with Dr. Fiona Simon, Chief Executive Officer of Australian Hydrogen Council from Sydney, Australia. Dr. Uchida Takeaki, vice chairman of VAHC witnessed the signing online from Osaka, Japan.
In general, this MoU proposes an exchange of information between the two organisations on an ongoing basis and in conjunction with
established committees or working groups. TheMoU suggests the following areas and mechanisms for information sharing (but not
limited to):
- Participating in committees, working groups and industry events as appropriate
- Sharing reports, educational materials and lessons learned
- Exchanging information on government policy and regulation pertinent to the hydrogen sector
The above suggestions are proposed to facilitate greater collaboration and sharing towards our mutual goals and should not limit further cooperation as deemed appropriate.
VAHC Club is broadening its international collaborations after the first MOU with Japan Hydrogen Association (JH2A) on April 1, 2024. The Club is gathering partners and investors and donors for the its first green hydrogen demonstration project in Vietnam.
