VAHC Club Activities with Pure Hydrogen on December 10-12, 2024: Visiting CVSC Steel Company, Trung Nam Group and Trade and Investment Queensland
On December 10, 2024, VAHC delegation including Mr. Le Ngoc Anh Minh, Mr. Nguyen Van Cuong, Mr. Tran Dinh Nguyen and Pure Hydrogen representatives including Mr. Clint Butler and Mr. Lan Nguyen visited and worked with the Board of Directors of CSVC Steel Manufacturing Company, a joint venture between China Steel of Taiwan and Nippon Steel of Japan, the factory is located in My Xuan ward, Phu My town, Ba Ria Vung Tau province.
Here, Pure Hydrogen introduced a fuel cell truck system to transport heavy steel. Pure Hydrogen also introduced a hydrogen micro hub system, producing clean hydrogen from renewable energy sources such as solar power. The 1MW electrolysis system including a hydrogen filling station can supply enough hydrogen to operate a fleet of 15 heavy trucks. Pure Hydrogen hopes that CSVC will research and jointly establish a hydrogen production project to serve the transportation of steel with absolutely zero emissions. In addition, Pure Hydrogen can produce hydrogen to serve the steel furnace to reduce CO2 emissions. If these projects cooperate, they can register for funding and support programs of the Australian Government
On December 11, 2024, the VAHC and Pure Hydrogen delegation had a working session with the leaders of Trung Nam Group at the Group's Headquarters in Ho Chi Minh City
Here, Pure Hydrogen presented the idea of establishing a tourist transport project using hydrogen fuel cell buses, serving tourists from Cam Ranh International Airport to Binh Tien Golf Course of Trung Nam Group and moving to beautiful coastal areas, 5-star resorts of Ninh Thuan and Khanh Hoa, and can expand the transportation range to Phan Thiet airport and high-end resorts in Phan Thiet, Mui Ne.

On December 12, 2024, the delegation of VAHC and Pure Hydrogen visited and worked at the office of Queensland Trade and Investment in Vietnam (TIQ). Ms. Ha Lan Anh, Director of TIQ Agency and Mr. Shannon Leahy, Trade Counselor for ASEAN region received and worked. The two sides discussed the plan to establish a hydrogen fuel cell bus project for tourism with hydrogen micro hub to establish a hydrogen avenue in Vietnam. Pure Hydrogen Group also expressed its intention to establish a hydrogen equipment manufacturing and assembly facility in Vietnam including the production of electrolyzers, hydrogen filling stations and buses, garbage trucks, heavy trucks and container trailers that are completely fuel cell-powered and emission-free.
It is expected that on the remaining working day of December 13, 2024, the delegation will work with Delta Logistics Company, HBRE Wind Power Group and visit PV GAS's LNG port warehouse in Cai Mep, Phu My, Ba Ria Vung Tau.
