Within the framework of Green Business Matching Day Vietnam 2026 (GBM Day 2026) held on November 4 in Ho Chi Minh City, the Vietnam – ASEAN Hydrogen Club (VAHC) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Ăn Chay TV — a plant-based culinary media channel having more than half million followers, founded by Mr. Thao Le. This is one of three MoUs signed at the event, marking a step forward in expanding the communication network for the green business community.

Under the cooperation, VAHC and Ăn Chay TV will work together to spread information about the role of green hydrogen in the energy transition, especially as the plant-based food and culinary sector increasingly focuses on using clean energy in production and processing chains.
At the event, Mr. Le Ngoc Anh Minh, Chairman of VAHC, and Mr. Thao Le, representative of Ăn Chay TV, jointly carried out the signing ceremony. The VAHC representative emphasized that for green hydrogen to truly enter daily life, media participation is essential in raising community awareness and connecting businesses across the value chain.
For its part, Mr. Thao Le said Ăn Chay TV aims to serve as a bridge between the plant-based food business community and sustainable energy solutions, contributing to building a green business ecosystem in Vietnam.
