Summary of activities and events accomplished in 2023, VAHC and a positive outlook for 2024)
Good evening ladies and gentlemen! Thank you for joining our first year-end party of Vietnam ASEAN Hydrogen Club tonight. I would appreciate our partners of sponsors beside Pacific Group (names of sponsors) and our alliance, strategic partners Icham, CCTPA and media partners such as Vietnam Investment Review, Industry and Trade Newspaper, Vietnam Business Forum News who in the year 2023 broadcast our activities. I would say special thanks to the Future Energy Show 2023 organizer who offered us a good booth that our members and partners could display well.
We established Vietnam ASEAN Hydrogen Club or VAHC in March 2023 with our co-founders include me, Lawyer Nguyen Anh Tam, Mr. Nagata Taiyo from Obayashi are here today. Our aim is to establish a hub, an eco-system that several economic sectors who relate to renewable energy, clean energy and new energy in Vietnam and ASEAN can join and do business together in Vietnam and in ASEAN region.
Since establishment, we have good partners from Japan such as Obayashi Corporation, IHI, Sharp NSN Energy, Nippon Solar, Sumitomo Forestry, Itochu, and regional partners such as Gentari, Ban Thach, BP Logistics, Anh Tam Laws Office, Thuy Son JSC, VPBank, BIDV and other international partners such as Icham, Canadia-ASEAN Business Council, Great Bay Area Carbon Neutrality Association, Hong Kong Blockchain Development Association, Normsun Hong Kong etc. Every week since we established VAHC, we received good international partner of technology coming and discussing about collaboration to establish green hydrogen project in Vietnam or to research about the market in Vietnam and ASEAN, companies like Technip Energies from Italy, Alhytech from Japan, Maeda, B&W who the vice CEO Mr. J.Pavala Ayyana is here tonight. Our key member also recommends new partner such as Takasago, Kawasaki etc.

March 2023, the friendship activities with Consulate General of Indonesia in HCMC,
June 2023, Malaysia week with Consulate General of Malaysia in HCMC
July 2023, Future Energy Show 2023 where we displayed a booth of VAHC and hosted the panel discussion of the future of green hydrogen in Vietnam
Sept 2023, we joined Icham Sustainability and Energy Transition with Icham Vietnam
December 2023, we joined Concordia-Vietanam Sustainability and Energy Transition Forum
Our activities in 2024 are not limited as below
January 2024, we have established Decarbonization Acting and Supporting Alliance (DAS) with Carbon Credit Trading Platform ASEAN (CCTPA), a member of CTGroup to provide package service consultation to customers who have a policy to reduce carbon emission. And from January this year, we are honored to welcome new member who is Mr. Cuong Dang. He is holding the role of secretary general and vice chairman of VAHC.
March 2024, we will join VIETNAM'S RENEWABLE ENERGY EXPO + SUMMIT 2024 in Hanoi. We will speak about Delivering Green Hydrogen Projects in Vietnam – Risks, Feasibility and Key Consideration
March and April 2024, we are working with Mr. Nguyen Hong Ha, the investment consul of Canada Consulate General in HCMC to have training workshop on carbon capture and storage and an international conference about decarbonization and energy security for Vietnam
Again in July 2024, we will join Vietnam Energy Show 2024 to speak about carbon credit and solar storage in Vietnam
We welcome more activities from our partners: from provinces and ministries, from large local and international corporations to introduce about feasibility study, funding, technologies, project implementation for hydrogen projects, carbon capture projects and other renewable projects in Vietnam and ASEAN. Besides that, our key members are establishing Vietnam ASEAN Carbon Neutrality Association and try to launch this association this year.

Hydrogen is the future energy and also it is right now. I believe that each of us will have a duty about emission reduction in our daily life activities as well as business activities. Please join our VAHC Club! We are ready to welcome you in
