NOTICE

Invitation to VAHC Members and Partners to Exhibit, Showcase Technologies and Projects, and Register as Speakers at FEX 2027

To: Valued Members, Businesses and Partners of the ASEAN Vietnam Hydrogen Club (VAHC)

HCMC, August 26, 2026, by VAHC Secretariat 

The Vietnam ASEAN Hydrogen Club (VAHC) is pleased to announce that VAHC has agreed to cooperate with the Organizing Committee of Future Energy Expo & Conference – FEX 2027 as a Strategic Partner – Hydrogen & Green Energy, jointly supporting the development of Hydrogen & Green Energy activities and professional content at the event.

I. INVITATION TO EXHIBIT AND SHOWCASE

VAHC cordially invites its members, businesses, organizations, universities/research institutions, research groups and partners to submit proposals to participate in the VAHC Hydrogen & Green Energy area at FEX 2027.

Proposed exhibition and showcase topics may include:

• Hydrogen production, storage, transportation and utilization technologies;
• Green hydrogen and green energy solutions;
• Water electrolysis and related technologies;
• Renewable energy solutions for hydrogen production;
• Fuel cells and hydrogen applications;
• Hydrogen-powered transportation;
• Hydrogen refueling infrastructure and supply systems;
• Equipment, components, materials and engineering solutions;
• Digital solutions, AI, automation and energy management;
• Hydrogen investment, research and commercial projects;
• Financing, investment, consulting, standards, certification, testing and other supporting services for the hydrogen ecosystem;
• Other relevant Green Energy technologies and solutions.

II. EXHIBITION AND SHOWCASE FORMATS

Participating organizations may propose one or more of the following formats:

1. Product / Technology Showcase

Display and introduce products, equipment, models, prototypes or technology solutions.

2. Project Showcase

Present projects currently under development, projects seeking investment, or projects in preparation for implementation.

3. Corporate Profile Showcase

Introduce corporate capabilities, manufacturing capacity, technologies, services and areas of operation.

4. Equipment / Model Display

Display equipment, models or products that are suitable for the available exhibition space and technical conditions of the VAHC area.

The final selection and allocation of exhibition content will be coordinated by VAHC with the FEX 2027 Organizing Committee based on the available space and actual technical requirements.

III. INVITATION TO REGISTER AS A SPEAKER AT THE HYDROGEN & GREEN ENERGY PROGRAM

VAHC also invites experts, scientists, business representatives, investors and representatives of organizations to submit proposals to speak at Hydrogen & Green Energy sessions held as part of FEX 2027.

Priority topics include:

• Hydrogen development strategies in Vietnam and ASEAN;
• Green hydrogen and the energy transition;
• Hydrogen production technologies;
• Water electrolysis;
• Hydrogen storage and transportation;
• Hydrogen infrastructure;
• Hydrogen in transportation;
• Hydrogen in industry;
• Hydrogen and renewable energy;
• Fuel cell technologies;
• The hydrogen value chain;
• Hydrogen standards, certification and safety;
• Policies and mechanisms to promote the hydrogen market;
• Hydrogen project financing, investment and development;
• Public-private partnerships and international cooperation;
• Emerging technologies and breakthrough solutions for Hydrogen & Green Energy.

Speaker proposals will be compiled and reviewed by VAHC and coordinated with the FEX 2027 Organizing Committee for development of the official program.

IV. REGISTRATION INFORMATION

For exhibition/showcase registration, please provide:

1. Company/organization name;
2. Contact person;
3. Position/title;
4. Contact email;
5. Business/technical field;
6. Product, technology or project to be showcased;
7. Brief description of the proposed exhibition content;
8. Preferred exhibition format;
9. Space and technical requirements, if any;
10. Photos, catalogue or supporting materials, if available.

For speaker registration, please provide:

1. Speaker's full name;
2. Position/title;
3. Organization/company;
4. Contact email;
5. Proposed presentation title;
6. Brief presentation abstract;
7. Proposed presentation duration;
8. Presentation format;
9. Speaker biography and photo;
10. Presentation materials/slides, if available.

V. REGISTRATION DEADLINE

Registration deadline: 15 April 2027.

As exhibition space and speaking slots are limited, VAHC will prioritize early submissions that are relevant to and contribute meaningful value to the Hydrogen & Green Energy ecosystem.

Early registration will allow VAHC sufficient time to consolidate submissions, develop the Hydrogen area, coordinate exhibition space, prepare the professional program and work with the FEX 2027 Organizing Committee.

VII. VAHC CALLS FOR COLLABORATION TO BUILD THE HYDROGEN ECOSYSTEM

VAHC aims for the Hydrogen & Green Energy area at FEX 2027 to become more than an exhibition space. It is envisioned as a platform connecting technology – businesses – experts – investors – and international partners, helping showcase the capabilities of Vietnam's hydrogen ecosystem and expand cooperation across ASEAN.
