United Hydrogen and Anh Tam Law Office Sign Legal Cooperation Agreement for Hydrogen Projects in Vietnam
Ho Chi Minh City, September 26, 2025 – United Hydrogen (UH2) and Anh Tam Law Office officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), establishing a strategic partnership in legal consultancy for hydrogen projects in Vietnam.
Under the agreement, Anh Tam Law Office will provide legal advisory services, compliance review, and ongoing legal support for UH2’s hydrogen and clean energy projects in Vietnam and across ASEAN. In addition, both parties will jointly organize training programs and workshops to strengthen legal capacity within the hydrogen ecosystem.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Ms. Ma Xia, Chairwoman and CEO of United Hydrogen, emphasized:
“Our cooperation with Anh Tam Law Office will enable UH2 to develop projects in Vietnam on a strong legal foundation. This is an important step to ensure our hydrogen initiatives are not only legally compliant but also sustainable in the long run, contributing to the advancement of the hydrogen economy in the region.”
A representative of United Hydrogen also noted that, beyond project development, UH2 is committed to working with Vietnamese partners to establish transparent legal frameworks that attract international investment and advanced technology into the hydrogen sector.
