[1] Carbon Capture > Algae > Biofuels by Australian Algae Technologies. 1.8 tonne of CO2 is captured to produce
1 tonne of algae Chlorella Vulgaris has strong resistance to high
temperature and has very high doubling rate. Catalytic Pyrolysis is used to optimize conversion befficiency, having 60% algae to bio-oil and with further distillation, 40% algae to diesel conversion efficiency has achieved.
