On the morning of April 11, 2023, a meeting between Associate Professor Ph.D. Phan Thi Hong Xuan, The Standing Committee Delegation of Vietnam-ASEAN Friendship Association, and Mr. Le Ngoc Anh Minh took place at the Pacific Group headquarters.
Professor Ph.D. Phan Thi Hong Xuan suggested adding a new department, the international relations department, in addition to talking about the future and projects that the Vietnam ASEAN Hydrogen Club (VAHC) is planning and will hold.
