Institute for International Trade and Development (ITD) interviewed VAHC representative in Ho Chi Minh City
The Institute for International Trade and Development (ITD), a regional think tank supported by the Royal Thai Government, UNCTAD and other international partners, focuses on capacity building and generating insights on trade, investment and sustainable development across ASEAN, particularly in the CLMVT countries (Cambodia, Lao PDR, Myanmar, Vietnam and Thailand).
ITD is currently developing the Trade Intelligence Report 2025 as part of the National Trade Intelligence Community Project. This regional initiative examines how global changes—such as geopolitical and geoeconomic dynamics, shifts in supply chains, new sustainability requirements, and rapid digital transformation—are affecting trade and investment in the CLMVT region.
Given the pioneering work of the Vietnam ASEAN Hydrogen Club (VAHC) in promoting cross-border clean energy and hydrogen energy cooperation in ASEAN, ITD is honored to have the opportunity to interview you or a designated representative. VAHC’s insights into the evolving role of hydrogen in Vietnam’s energy mix, industrial strategy, and trade prospects will be invaluable to ITD’s research.
