Mr. Le Ngoc Anh Minh welcomed the delegation of Congressman Aoyagi on September 21, 2018, on the occasion of the 45th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries.
Representative Aoyagi, currently the managing director, co-organizer of the Vietnam Festival in Japan, is a close friend of Vietnam and was awarded a certificate of merit by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of diplomatic relations between the two countries in 2013.
In Vietnam, Congressman Aoyagi has made many contributions to the development of the project of high-class human resources from Vietnam to Japan, the project of the Vietnam Japan High Technology Institute and many festivals, cultural exchanges, between Japan and Vietnam.
