Project Proposal: Hydrogen Mobility & Technology Showcase for Phu Quoc APEC 2027
The Vietnam ASEAN Hydrogen Club (VAHC), in partnership with GREEN IN, Wisdom Motor and United Hydrogen, is calling for sponsors and partners to jointly establish a Hydrogen Mobility & Technology Showcase project to demonstrate a green hydrogen ecosystem for tourism and sustainable development, ahead of APEC Phu Quoc 2027.

Project Location:
Phu Quoc Island, Kien Giang Province – pilot and replicable model.
Project Duration:
2026 – 2027 (Launch prior to APEC Phu Quoc 2027)

1. Project Objectives
- Establish a green, zero-emission economic community
- Demonstrate hydrogen applications in mobility, health, and agriculture
- Raise awareness among policymakers, investors, and the public
- Establish a replicable hydrogen mobility model
- Attract international collaboration and promote eco-tourism
2. Key Components
- On-site hydrogen production station (PEM electrolyzer, hydrogen compressed 350–700 bar)
- Hydrogen refueling station & depot (compressed hydrogen, no liquefaction)
- Hydrogen Fuel Cell Bus Fleet (3 buses) – Wisdom Motor / Samco OEM
- Hydrogen Technology Showroom – showcasing mobility, health, and agriculture applications
- Replication model & public demonstrations
