5. Participants: Ho Chi Minh City enterprises with production and export capacity and business registration certificates issued by the Department of Planning and Investment of Ho Chi Minh City. Priority will be given to businesses with prestigious Vietnamese branded products domestically and internationally; enterprises have exported goods to the European market; small and medium enterprises, innovative start-ups with new and quality products that meet export standards to the European market.
6. Cost of participation:
a) Enterprise expenses are supported according to the State's regulations: the cost of renting vacant land; costs of designing, constructing, staging, and decorating the entire Vietnam Days program in Porto, Portugal. The maximum support level is not more than 200,000,000 VND (Two hundred million 万ル©/enterprise (according to Circular No. 171/2014/TT-BTC dated November 14, 2014 of the Ministry of Finance). If the cost of the premises, design, construction, booth staging and general decoration exceeds the maximum support according to the State's regulations, the enterprise must pay the excess expenses.
Note: Each enterprise participating in the program is supported to display 01 position in the common exhibition space.
b) Expenses to be paid by enterprises when participating in the program:
-The expenses related to the personnel of the enterprise such as: immigration, air tickets, meals, accommodation, travel; costs related to goods such as taxes on goods when participating in exhibitions, shipping costs, ...
7. Obligations when participating in the program:
-Complete the application for registration to participate in the program, fully participate in the registered program contents, strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the program organizer.
-The enterprises participating in the program are responsible for sending the report on the results of participating in the program to the ITPC after the program ends.
8. Application for registration to participate in the program:
a) Registration dossier includes:
- Registration form to participate (Form 1).
- Certificate of business registration of the enterprise (Copy of the original).
- List of products participating in the Exhibition (Form 2).
- Documents and documents proving that enterprises and products are eligible to participate in the Program.
- Results report sheet (send to ITPC right after the program ends).
