2. Solution: BioCNG from Biogas

  • Phuc Sang Minh’s Approach:

    • Advanced Technology: Purifies raw biogas (removes CO₂, H₂S) to >95% methane (BioCNG/RNG).

    • Modular & Plug-and-Play: Quick deployment (4–6 months), minimal infrastructure investment.

    • Applications: On-site fuel (boilers, drying) or sold commercially (revenue stream).

  • Environmental Impact:

    • Reduces CO₂ emissions by 95% vs. fossil CNG (BioCNG is carbon-neutral per IPCC).

    • Aligns with Vietnam’s Net Zero 2050 goal and EU CBAM carbon tax compliance.

3. Economic & Social Benefits

  • Revenue from Waste:

    • Example: A 50,000-pig farm generates 1.2M–2.1M m³ biogas/year → 1.5–1.6B VND revenue.

  • Emission Reductions:

    • Avoids 25,000 tons CO₂e (if waste released) or 4,000 tons CO₂e (if burned).

  • Energy Security:

    • BioCNG replaces fossil CNG without equipment changes, offering price stability.
