Hong Kong Business Delegation Gain Insight from Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park Visit

On 9 July 2024, the Hong Kong Business Delegation had the privilege of visiting Phu My 3 Specialized Industrial Park (PM3 SIP) in Vietnam, a model eco-industrial park renowned for its sustainable development practices. This visit provided invaluable insights into green industrial practices and advanced infrastructure.
Waste treatment Initiative
During the visit, the delegation toured the state-of-the-art Waste Water Treatment Plant at PM3 SIP. This facility, designed and built by Kobelco Eco-Solutions, boasts a treatment capacity of 45,000 m³/day and meets the most stringent environmental standards in Ba Ria - Vung Tau province. The plant's innovative approach to wastewater management demonstrated the park's commitment to environmental sustainability and resource efficiency.
KIDE's New Energy Expertise:
China KIDE Engineering Corporation shared their expertise on construction services and support for new energy solution enterprises entering the Vietnamese market. Their presentation highlighted the strategic advantages of partnering with KIDE for implementing high-tech and renewable energy projects. The delegation was particularly impressed by KIDE’s capabilities in facilitating seamless entry and operational efficiency for new energy businesses.
This visit underscored the significant benefits and opportunities available at PM3 SIP for businesses aiming to adopt greener practices and leverage Vietnam's strategic location and robust infrastructure. The Hong Kong Business Delegation returned with a deeper understanding of how eco-friendly industrial parks like PM3 SIP can drive sustainable growth and innovation.
