  1. Collaboration Agreement

    • VAHC and HCMUNRE agreed to formalize a partnership by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in July or August 2025.

  2. Areas of Collaboration

    • i) Joint Seminars: Co-organize hydrogen-focused seminars in Vietnam with international partners.

    • ii) Research & Development: Collaborate on R&D to fabricate hydrogen electrolyzers and fuel cells locally in Vietnam.

    • iii) Demonstration Projects: Develop pilot projects using cutting-edge hydrogen technology, leveraging VAHC’s network.

    • iv) Funding Initiatives: Jointly apply for project funding from the Vietnamese Government and international organizations.
