In his video address, Mr. Yoichiro Aoyagi, Member of Japan’s House of Representatives, Vice Chairman of the Japan–Vietnam Parliamentary Friendship Alliance, and Honorary Doctor of HUTECH, extended his warm congratulations on the successful organization of the workshop. He expressed his honor in joining the event virtually and emphasized the growing importance of bilateral cooperation in hydrogen and healthcare.
Mr. Aoyagi highlighted that hydrogen is not only a clean and sustainable energy source but also holds promising potential in medical and wellness applications — such as hydrogen inhalation devices and hydrogen-rich water systems that are already contributing to preventive healthcare in Japan.
He praised Vietnam’s rapidly developing healthcare system and strong commitment to innovation, noting that these qualities create an excellent foundation for deepening collaboration in the hydrogen wellness sector.
The Japanese lawmaker also welcomed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Suiso Japan Co., Ltd and its Vietnamese partners, describing it as a symbol of trust, shared vision, and joint determination to pursue new solutions benefiting both nations.
“Japan and Vietnam can jointly take the lead in using hydrogen not only for the energy transition but also to enhance human health and quality of life across the region,” Mr. Aoyagi remarked.
He concluded his speech by expressing sincere appreciation to the organizers, speakers, and participants, and voiced confidence that the workshop would foster new initiatives in hydrogen and healthcare collaboration, paving the way toward a healthier, greener, and more prosperous shared future.
