In order to select the optimal design plan to meet the requirements of planning, architecture, usability and economic efficiency for construction investment, the City 1 Construction Investment Project Management Board Vung Tau organized a competition to select architectural design plans for a highlight project at Thuy Van Square, Vung Tau city.

1. Competition name: Architectural design competition for a highlight project at Thuy Van Square, Vung Tau city.
- Project: Renovating Thuy Van street, Vung Tau city
- Construction location: The main square area is the intersection of Thuy Van - Le Hong Phong street, ward 8, Vung Tau city;

3. Exam registration procedures
- Examination format: Open examination.
- Exam registration time: From 08:00, February 2, 2024 to 08:00, March 8, 2024;
- Meet with organizations and individuals who have registered to participate in the contest to disseminate relevant content, provide documents, tour guides, and survey the site at the construction site: 01 day (expected date February 5, 2024).
- Time to submit application documents: Before 5:00 p.m., March 8, 2024.
Organizations and individuals that meet the conditions as prescribed in Section 4 below, if interested, please contact the organizing unit directly according to the above information to receive application documents and instructions for contest registration and other information. 4. Regulations on conditions for contest participants
Contest participants: Organizations, individuals, and reputable architectural and fine arts design consulting units at home and abroad who have sufficient professional capacity and voluntarily participate.
Subjects allowed to participate in the contest: All organizations and individuals practicing architectural design, construction planning, and fine arts consulting at home and abroad who meet the following conditions:
- Highly professional in design, with practical experience in similar genres;
- The person in charge of the contest project must be an Architect with a practicing certificate according to regulations.
- Units registering for the exam do not have to pay a fee.
- The Organizing Committee does not pay any costs for the participation of contestants except for prizes (tax deducted according to Vietnamese Law).
Subjects not allowed to take the exam:
- Member of the Examination Council;
- Member of the Competition Organizing Committee and Technical Team;
- Expert advisor of the contest Organizing Committee;
- Individuals involved in organizing the competition.
5. Documents and documents issued by the organizing unit free of charge to units registering to participate in the contest include:
- 01 set of exam regulations (Including exam registration forms);
- 01 set of design task documents;
- 01 set of legal documents approving project investment and accepting entrance exams;
- 01 Decision approving detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 for the project construction area;
6. Awards and financial support:
- 01 first prize: 200,000,000 VND.
- 01 second prize: 100,000,000 VND.
- 01 third prize: 50,000,000 VND.
Maximum of 03 subsequent prizes after the third prize (with the highest score evaluated by the Examination Council following the third prize) worth a maximum of 20,000,000 VND each (In words: Twenty million VND).
