HCMUNRE and VAHC Sign MoU to Advance Hydrogen Energy and Environmental Resource Development

In the presence of Korean, international and Vietnamese delegates, Associate Professor Dr. Huynh Quyen, President of HCMUNRE and Mr. Le Ngoc Anh Minh, President of VAHC signed the MOU (Strategic Cooperation Agreement).
On July 16, 2025, within the framework of the Vietnam-Korea Hydrogen Workshop 2025, Ho Chi Minh City University of Natural Resources and Environment (HCMUNRE) and the Vietnam ASEAN Hydrogen Club (VAHC) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen cooperation in renewable energy and hydrogen technology research. The event marks a pivotal step in Vietnam’s sustainable development and carbon reduction strategy.
Key Collaboration Areas:

Scientific Research: Joint interdisciplinary studies on green hydrogen, renewable energy (solar, wind, biomass), and energy storage, building scientific databases for environmental management.

Technology Transfer: Implementing pilot models and transferring electrolysis technology to enterprises and local communities.

International Collaboration: Co-hosting conferences, exchanging experts/students, and mobilizing resources for global projects.
