On April 13, 2023, the Vietnam ASEAN Hydrogen Club (VAHC) accompanied the Vietnam Southeast Asia Friendship Association to congratulate the staff of the Consulate General H.E. Chan Sorykan of the Kingdom of Cambodia in Ho Chi Minh City.
