FUNDING OPPORTUNITY FOR CLIMATE ENTERPRISES IN VIETNAM FROM THE AGILE PROGRAM

CFA Vietnam is pleased to introduce a special funding opportunity for the business community from the AGILE Matching Grant Facility 2026, an initiative funded by the Government of Canada to strengthen the climate entrepreneurship ecosystem in Vietnam.

About the AGILE Program

AGILE (Accelerating Vietnam's Climate Enterprise Ecosystem) is a CAD 10 million program funded by Global Affairs Canada and co-implemented by Sarona Asset Management and WUSC. The program is designed to strengthen Vietnam's climate entrepreneurship ecosystem by supporting promising climate enterprises and helping mobilize private investment.

Benefits for Participating Enterprises

Selected enterprises will receive a comprehensive support package:

• Non-equity matching grants of up to CAD 100,000

• Tailored technical assistance to strengthen business capacity and investment readiness

• Facilitated connections to private investors

• Additional support for enterprises developing climate adaptation solutions

Eligibility and How to Apply

The program is open to promising climate enterprises nationwide, especially in sectors such as clean energy, green hydrogen, sustainable agriculture, resource management, and other emission-reduction solutions. The program particularly encourages participation from women-led enterprises or those with initiatives promoting gender equality.

Preparation for the application:

• Time required: Approximately 30 minutes

• Prepare: Basic company information, revenue range, total funding raised, a short description of your climate solution, and your pitch deck (PDF, max 20 slides) ready to share via a Google Drive/OneDrive link.
