DSE Hydrogen & Green Ammonia Fund (Setcoin Group) – Investment and Capital Raising Opportunities for Global Green Hydrogen & Green Ammonia Projects

The DSE Hydrogen & Green Ammonia Fund, managed by Setcoin Group, is officially inviting institutional investors, investment funds, family offices and project developers in the clean energy sector to join its large-scale hydrogen and ammonia infrastructure finance ecosystem.
With a fund size of €12 billion and an 18-year term, the fund focuses on projects at FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) and FID (Final Investment Decision) stages, targeting an IRR of 22% and MOIC of 2.8x. Established in Luxembourg, the fund applies a 2% management fee and 20% performance fee, and is open to qualified investors only.

DSE Fund has screened more than 1,400 green hydrogen and ammonia projects globally and currently manages over US$100 billion in assets at FEED, FID and Ready-to-Build stages. Investor/LP: Contribute capital to the fund (€100 million to over €2 billion), gaining access to a portfolio of de-risked clean energy infrastructure projects with long-term offtake agreements.

Project Owner: Submit your green hydrogen or green ammonia project at FEED/FID stage for consideration of development capital from the fund.
