In light of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations betweeen Canada and Vietnam, Concordia University invites you to this event!
Concordia University is a next-generation, multicultural university, where research and creativity are used to respond to challenges faced by society in the area of sustainability through initiatives like the Loyola Sustainability Research Centre, the Next Generation Cities Institute, and Plan Net Zero. Similarly, Vietnam has made strong commitments to education and research for sustainable development, reaffirming the country’s status as a pole of innovation and research in sustainability in Southeast Asia.
Through two panels, this event will bring together researchers from Concordia University and Vietnamese institutions to discuss some of the most relevant trends in sustainable development, particularly in the areas of water, clean energy and next generation cities. The event will also be an occasion for identifying potential synergies and complementarities for future collaboration.
