Applications Open for Hitachi Global Foundation Asia Innovation Award, Grants up to USD 100,000

Fund for SME - Southeast Asia has announced that applications are now open for the Hitachi Global Foundation Asia Innovation Award 2026, targeting researchers, innovators, and individuals working in science, technology, innovation, and sustainable development across ASEAN.
The award recognizes outstanding research and development initiatives that contribute to sustainable development and support the achievement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Southeast Asia.
Winning projects may receive grants ranging from USD 10,000 to USD 100,000, providing significant support for impactful innovations.
Eligible countries include Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam.
The award presents a valuable opportunity for universities, startups, research institutions, and innovators in Vietnam and across ASEAN to gain international recognition and financial backing.
