ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE 10TH GHIAA GENERAL MEETING & FIRST CALL FOR AGENDA ITEMS
Dear VAHC Members and Partners,
The Secretariat of the Global Hydrogen Industrial Association Alliance (GHIAA) has officially announced the 10th GHIAA General Meeting. This is a significant event aimed at strengthening connectivity and cooperation among Alliance members, as well as providing an opportunity for VAHC and its members to contribute to the common development direction of the global hydrogen industry.
1. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE 10TH GHIAA GENERAL MEETING

Date: November 16, 2026

Location: New Delhi, India

Associated Events: The General Meeting will be held in conjunction with the India Green Hydrogen Assembly (IGHA) and Hyvolution India 2026, taking place on November 17–18, 2026, at the India Expo Mart, Greater Noida, Delhi NCR.
This is a large-scale annual event series, expected to attract participation from over 30 countries with more than 7,000 trade visitors, 500 organizations, and 150 exhibitors. It provides an ideal forum for knowledge exchange, experience sharing, and promotion of cooperation in the green hydrogen sector.
2. FIRST CALL FOR AGENDA ITEMS
In preparation for the General Meeting, the GHIAA Secretariat invites all members to propose agenda items and discussion topics. This is an opportunity for VAHC and its members to contribute ideas, share matters of interest, and help shape the Alliance's shared priorities for the coming period.
Suggested topics may include (but are not limited to):

GHIAA activities and cooperation initiatives.

Collaboration among members.
-
Working groups and joint projects.
-
Upcoming GHIAA events.
-
Issues and challenges to be discussed within the Alliance framework.
Members are requested to send their proposals (including topic title, proposed content, and rationale for discussion) to the VAHC Secretariat via email at contact@vahc.com.vn for consolidation and forwarding to GHIAA.
Submission Deadline: August 28, 2026.
The Secretariat encourages members to submit preliminary ideas to help build a comprehensive and rich program.
3. REGISTRATION FOR EVENT ATTENDANCE IN INDIA
To register for participation in the General Meeting and related events, members are kindly requested to send confirmation of attendance to the VAHC Secretariat by August 20, 2026 (this information needs to be compiled by VAHC and forwarded to the GH2 India organizing committee).
Information required includes:

Confirmation of attendance and number of expected delegates.

Nominated senior representative (if any).

Suggested speakers, companies, or institutions from the member's side (if any).
